Since humanity learnt that the universe was bigger than our planet Earth, it has been a great question if there is life somewhere else, too? If there is, is it intelligent or not?! The most interesting part of such research is the study of planets outside the solar system. The emergence of ever more sensitive instruments has resulted in the fast development of astronomy.
